I understand that the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages, in collaboration with the Defense Language Institute, prepares recorded (audio and/or video) oral proficiency interviews both during training workshops and during special interview recording sessions, that can be used for future training purposes.

I hereby authorize the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages to use the recorded (audio and/or video) oral proficiency interview in which I participate for the purposes of training.
